 A/V Requirements & Room Setup


Microphones: (For groups of 60 or more)

• Two (2) wireless lavaliere microphones
• Two (2) handheld microphones on stands; prefer microphones to be wireless
• Please have microphones set and ready for sound check no
  later than 1 hour before event start
• Please have A/V technician available throughout presentation to adjust sound levels

Staging:

• The stage should be a minimum of 16 feet across by 12 feet deep
• The stage should be clear of all podiums, screens, projectors and other obstructions

Room Setup:

• Please arrange tables no farther than 10 feet from the stage
• For groups of less than 60 – please arrange for no tables but for
  chairs to be arranged in a horseshoe (no A/V required)

Lighting:

• The stage should be well lit
• The audience lights should be up
• Room lighting is typically sufficient

Presentation:

• Tom does not present while people are eating
• The meal must be complete before the presentation begins
• All bus service, bar service and wait service should be suspended
  until completion of presentation

Other:

• Please provide copies of all promotional materials relating to the presentation
