Pre-Safety Information
- As the parent or guardian of your child, make sure you fill out all the school health forms and emergency contact paperwork prior to your child attending school. If you haven’t done it yet, do it now!
- Inform the proper school personnel if any new health problem developed in your child over the summer that might affect her day now that school has started.
- Make sure that you speak with the school nurse about your child’s medical, physical or mental condition; when necessary, have your doctor contact the nurse directly with additional details.
